T Minus 34 days and counting

Just over a month from departure!

Margaret has dedicated the guest bedroom to piles of NZ gear.

REI is reporting record profits.

My mother-in-law Fran would already be leaving for the airport.  She doesn't like to cut it close.

    I'm now subscribing to this blog in my newsreader. I'm expecting many more equally witty posts. Also, should I file it under biking, sports, economics, or politics? (Those are the only categories I have)

    Scott - you are going to need a new category. I am thinking either "Dropping out of Society" , a Morton family value as you know, or "Renaissance studies" as we seek and share all forms of knowledge here at 61Days.
